Solicitations must be submitted through the procurement portal.
It is highly recommended that vendors begin their submissions a day or two beforehand in case of system issues. Submission materials should be prepared in the file formats listed under Requested Information for this opportunity in the Procurement Portal. The maximum upload file size is 1000mb. Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files as the embedded files will not be accessible to be evaluated.
Using the procurement portal, vendors have the ability to modify their submissions up to the submission deadline.
