The deadline for the public to submit items to the Corporate Officer for inclusion on the Council meeting agenda is noon on the Wednesday preceding the meeting.

A schedule of meeting dates for this year's calender year is available on the Council and Committee of the Whole Minutes page. All of the above-noted meetings are open to the public and your attendance is both welcomed and encouraged.

Council and Committee of the Whole meetings take place in Council Chambers at 1620 Mills Road.

Council meetings take place every first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The Webcast of Council Meetings will be available by noon on the day following the meeting.

Committee of the Whole meetings take place every second and fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The Webcast of Commitee of the Whole Meetings will be available by noon on the day following the meeting.

The Committee of the Whole is composed of all Council members.  The Mayor serves as an ex officio member of the Committee of the Whole as he/she does for all standing and select committees of Council, and is entitled to vote at all meetings.

Committee of the Whole meetings are Chaired by the Acting Mayor.
