Greenways and Ecological Reserves
Hidden Pond

Within North Saanich, there are 11 undeveloped neighbourhood green spaces which serve as Greenways and Ecological Reserves.  Maintenance of these spaces is kept to a minimum.  These unspoiled habitats provide native and non-native trees, shrubs and wildflowers as well as a variety of birds, butterflies and animals a peaceful ecosystem in which to exist.

For further information on Greenways or Ecological Reserves please refer to the North Saanich 2009 Guide to Trails, Parks and Beach Accesses Brochure.
