The land development and support services division reviews the engineering servicing of development applications and approves subdivisions. Request for service, municipal service information, soil permits and permits for work on municipal property are received by this division.
It is our responsibility to plan and design the District of North Saanich’s basic infrastructure for roads, watermains, sanitary sewers, and drainage. We provide information such as plans of existing infrastructure, design specifications and standards, and survey information.
