Annual Financial Reports:
The Annual Report for the District is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Community Charter. The report provides information on the District’s financial position and results of operations.
The Financial position and financial activities are reported and audited on a consolidated basis. This includes the General, Water, and Sewer Operations, along with General, Water, Sewer Capital and Capital Reserves.
Financial Plans:
Council must by bylaw adopt a Five Year Financial Plan before the annual property tax bylaw is adopted, in accordance with the Community Charter.
