Burning
Effective Saturday, May 7, all outdoor burning is banned within the District of North Saanich. This includes burning in incinerators, fire pits, and open piles until further notice. The only exception is chimineas and approved manufactured outdoor fire appliances with a permit, which can be obtained by contacting the fire department 250-656-1931.

Burnable and Green Waste Drop-off Program
The District of North Saanich provides residents with the ability to drop-off burnable material and green waste. Further details and operation schedule can be found on the Burnable and Green Waste drop-off page.
