The District of North Saanich employs approximately 55 employees, consisting of full-time permanent, seasonal and auxiliary positions. There are eleven exempt (management) positions and the remainder are Union positions. All full-time employees are provided with a comprehensive benefit package. Whilst the District has historically experienced a low turn-over rate of its employees, occasionally there are vacancies.
