The Freedom of Information/Protection of Privacy legislation is administered through the Corporate Services Department. This provincial legislation provides local governments with regulations to ensure that all appropriate information contained in our records is made accessible to the public, while at the same time ensuring that other information which is considered private is treated in a confidential manner.
